‘Caliente’ is Israel’s most veteran music company. Founded in 1996, the company has undergone several transformations, partnerships, and office locations across the big city (Ramat Hachayal, Rothschild Boulevard, and in recent years, Herzl Street in Tel Aviv). Since its inception, Caliente has been responsible for the right soundtrack at private events—weddings, parties, and more—and at corporate events—company parties, launches, etc., both in Israel and abroad.
Many people ask what “Caliente” means—it’s a Spanish word that translates to “hot,” with all its connotations—temperature-wise, emotionally, or even sexually… ask any traveler returning from South America.
Since the early 2000s, the company identified a growing need for musical content solutions to complement DJs. Caliente became a pioneer in this area: artists, bands, and ensembles formed specifically to meet event needs; musicians integrated into cocktail hours, receptions, dinner shows, ceremonies, and parties; international artist imports and exports—all wrapped in top-tier style and professionalism.
Over the years, the DJ team has grown into a powerhouse of big names, combining rising stars with seasoned, leading DJs from the event and club scenes, producing original music, covering a range of genres, and always staying ahead of the curve. DJ-based ensembles were created—commonly known as DJ LIVE or DJ BAND—such as the bands PARTY PEOPLE, Pop Up, and the Israeli dance ensemble LAZOOZ. The live music department features Israel’s top vocalists and musicians, including the flagship band LEGEND, along with a variety of atmospheric ensembles added to the company’s repertoire.

Musician, arranger, orchestrator, and musical director
Udi Or-Haim began his musical journey at the age of 7 by attending the local conservatory studying both piano and drums. He continued multi-instrumental studies until he was 13 as he made his decision to focus on drums and percussion. Udi studied with some of the finest drummers in Israel and attended extensive music studies throughout high school.
After finishing his army service, he attended “The Collective School of Music, NYC”, mastering his skills as a professional drummer with a strong emphasis on jazz, Latin drumming, and percussion.
In 2002, Udi returned to Israel and started to make his mark in the Israeli entertainment industry by accompanying some of Israel’s top artists as a drummer for both live shows and studio recordings. After a short while, he signed his first contract playing musical theater for the show “The Sound of Music.” This was followed by 6 years of theater work for numerous shows including “The Producers”, “Avenue Q” and “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” to name a few. Alongside performing nightly at the theater, Udi continued studying, scoring, arranging, and orchestrating. This revealed a new horizon of opportunities and craftsmanship. In 2008 Udi joined “Caliente Music, Ltd.” and launched the live music department. Soon after joining the company, Udi helped “Caliente” establish itself as the leading music company in Israel. Soon Udi was a partner. Gathering a vast repertoire of arrangements over the years, Udi had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most glamorous clientele in both private and corporate events, showcasing his fine skills as an arranger and director in some of the most colorful circumstances. In addition to his accomplishments as a Musical Director, Udi is also an entrepreneur in the music industry involved in several projects addressing arts and sustainability.

With over 25 years of a stellar career, Dani has played thousands of events—corporate and private—parties, festivals, and high-profile weddings, all while maintaining a parallel club career both locally and internationally.
Dani has edited, mixed, and advised on numerous albums released in Israel, provided musical guidance and appeared on various TV and radio programs, worked as a music journalist for Pnai Plus and Laila magazines (Yediot Communications), and produces global electronic music under the name Vooz Brothers (alongside his partner Ziv “Zigo” Goland). Their music is released on leading labels and played by top names worldwide.
He’s collaborated with leading Israeli artists such as Ilai Botner & The Outside Kids (a successful joint electronic show that ran for 5 years), Dana International, Karolina, Eran Tzur, Mika Karni (electronic version of “Migdalor” for the 20th anniversary of its release), and in 2025 with Noam Rotem (Kerach 9) and… Avi Toledano!
Dani lectures throughout the country—at the Open University, private schools (like “HaMafikim”), and to senior executives—on the role of music, creating experience through sound, the art of DJing, and musical ensembles for events.
Since 2008, Dani Tuval has also been a partner at Caliente, helping steer one of the most respected companies in the industry.
